Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment seeks an Application Support Analyst to support Visualfiles, develop workflows, and deliver BI reports in Taunton. The role mixes business systems development with hands-on IT support in a professional services environment.

You will create dashboards with Power BI and Excel, diagnose issues, and work on integrations while coordinating with colleagues to improve processes. Hybrid role in Taunton with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in supporting and developing Visualfiles.
• Experience within professional services.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Diagnose and resolve system or integration issues.
• Excellent communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• IT support experience in person, over the phone and via email.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Visualfiles system, develop, maintain and optimise workflows and automations.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL and Excel.
• Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software and applications.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
