Job summary

Theconveyancer in Daventry is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technology delivery. This role focuses on managing Visualfiles-related New Work Requests (NWRs) with a priority on triage, scoping, and documenting clear technical deliverables.

You will partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and developers to translate business needs into precise functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst in tech, legal, financial or professional services.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
Excellent business process mapping and workflow design capability.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with business impact assessments and gap analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Manage the intake, triage, and initial assessment of Visualfiles New Work Requests (NWRs).
Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities, and outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather requirements.
Proactively engage with stakeholders and SMEs to define solutions.
Translate requirements into functional specs and technical deliverables.
Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional requirements.
Document current/future state processes and conduct impact assessments.
Support delivery with UAT and implementation activities.
