Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate for our Flagship Store. You will assist in executing visual standards, updating displays, and supporting product launches to drive in-store engagement and sales.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong organization, and the ability to work early hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure initiatives are in place before store opening.

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising experience.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivation, creativity and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and affinity with the New Balance brand.

Responsibilities

• Support Visual Merchandising Lead in executing visual standards, concepts and campaigns in Flagship Store.
• Ensure new product is displayed on floor within visual guidelines.
• Assist with key product launches, stock levels and sell-through.
• Hang/steam/organise apparel front and back of house.
• Keep promotional materials and signage up to date as directed.
