New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser for our flagship store in Wembley. You will support the Visual Merchandising Lead, ensure visuals align with campaigns, and help present new products on the floor to engage customers.

You will thrive on creativity, stay ahead of seasonal trends and maintain strong organization and teamwork to deliver outstanding in-store experiences for NB customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Visual Merchandising Lead in executing visual standards, concepts and campaigns in Flagship Store.
• Place new product on the floor in line with visual guidelines and timelines.
• Support with product launches, stock levels and sell-through.
• Hang/steam/organise apparel front and back of house.
• Ensure promotional materials and signage are up to date and used as directed.
• Keep mannequins and walls refreshed according to momentum guides.
• Develop product knowledge and stay current with seasonal trends.
• May participate in new store openings; maintain back-of-house organisation.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for providing assistance to the Visual Merchanding Lead for the execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in Flagship Store
• Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
• Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through
• Hanging/steaming/organising apparel both front and back of house
• Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics, etc. are up to date and utilised as directed
• Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the momentum guide and refreshed as required
• Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
• Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends
• May participate in new store openings as requested
• Maintaining back of house organisation
• Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Visual Merchandising experience
• Team player
• Self-motivation, creativity, and organization are a must in this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship
• Embraces NB Lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance Brand
• Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening
• Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays
• Depending on the location, may require some travel
