New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited in the United Kingdom flagship stores is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to uphold visual standards and drive compelling product presentations. You will support the Visual Merchandising Lead, arrange stock, and ensure promotions are visible.

This role requires creativity, organization, and a passion for the NB lifestyle, with opportunities to grow across our European locations.

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work early hours and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build team relations.
• Affinity with New Balance brand preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Visual Merchandising Lead with execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in Flagship Store.
• Ensure new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner.
• Assist with key product launches, stock levels, and sell-through.
• Hang, steam and organise apparel front and back of house.
• Keep promotional materials, marketing signage and graphics up to date and utilised as directed.
• Ensure mannequins and walls are set according to the momentum guide and refreshed as required.
• Develop product knowledge of store merchandise.
• Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends.
• May participate in new store openings as requested.
• Maintaining back of house organisation.
• Perform other duties as required.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for providing assistance to the Visual Merchanding Lead for the execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in Flagship Store
• Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
• Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through
• Hanging/steaming/organising apparel both front and back of house
• Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics, etc. are up to date and utilised as directed
• Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the momentum guide and refreshed as required
• Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
• Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends
• May participate in new store openings as requested
• Maintaining back of house organisation
• Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Visual Merchandising experience
• Team player
• Self-motivation, creativity, and organization are a must in this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship
• Embraces NB Lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance Brand
• Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening
• Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays
• Depending on the location, may require some travel
