Job summary

AllSaints in London’s Regent Street is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to energise our busy shop floors. You will influence a team and balance store deadlines with daily operations while elevating the in-store experience.

Review store visuals, respond to trade trends, plan product placement, and lead merchandising skill development among the team. This role requires flexibility, weekend and occasional overnight work, and a passion for shaping a distinctive brand presentation.

Qualifications

• A passion for visual merchandising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, time manage and be flexible.
• Ability to react quickly to a changing environment or direction, delivering results effectively and with pace.
• Overnight and weekend work required at times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Brand integrity of the Company is reflected at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring the in-store environment is up to standard at all times throughout the day.
• Walk windows every morning and ensure they are clean, steamed and styled correctly.
• Work on floor plans prior to floorset execution alongside the Visual Manager and Brand Leader.
• Partners closely with the Visual Manager to ensure effective execution of launches
• Partner with Visual Manager and Brand Leader to interpret and execute visual directions.
• Support with management of zero sellers, execution of recalls and any promotional /markdown activity.
• Help to deliver training to the store team on visual standards and product knowledge
