Job summary

L'Oreal in London invites applications for a Visual Merchandising Apprentice within the Consumer Products Division. Based in White City, you will report to the VM Manager and split your week: four days in the office and one day at University.

You will support in-store campaign launches, prepare guidelines and planograms, monitor competitor trends, and manage purchase orders while championing sustainable POS materials.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Launch Support: Support the development of unique in-store presentations for new product launches.
• Brand Consistency: Prepare and distribute launch guidelines, planograms, and manage store refit artwork.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and summarise monthly visual merchandising trends.
• Operational Excellence: Manage purchase orders (POs), update databases, and champion sustainable POS materials.
