Job summary

Based in White City, London, L’Oréal Consumer Products Division offers a Visual Merchandising Apprentice role. You’ll spend 4 days in the office and 1 day at the University of West London, supporting in-store presentations and brand guidelines for new product launches.

You’ll monitor trends, handle POs, update databases and promote sustainable POS materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Real responsibility from day one in a fast-paced beauty business.

• Campaign Launch Support: Develop unique in-store presentations for new product launches.
• Brand Consistency: Prepare and distribute launch guidelines, planograms, and manage store refit artwork.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and summarize monthly visual merchandising trends.
• Operational Excellence: Manage purchase orders (POs), update databases, champion sustainable POS materials.
