Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. on Regent Street in London is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support store leadership, deliver outstanding service, and uphold Levi’s brand experience during shifts, including opening and closing when management is away.

You will mentor team members, drive visual merchandising standards, assist with stock and deliveries, and contribute to achieving sales targets while embodying the brand’s inclusive, purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with sales targets and KPIs.
• Passion for Levi’s brand and values.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Motivate and guide Stylists to achieve KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours.
• Open and close procedures when needed.
• Support daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Coach on product knowledge and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries and stockroom standards.
