Job Description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at H&M Regent Street, in Central London.

As a Visual Merchandiser – Deco, you will collaborate with VMs and the store team to create and execute inspiring commercial customer experiences through excellent window displays and styling within our flagship store.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Create and implement inspiring customer experiences through windows and styling.
• Implement the long-term omni-channel strategy in collaboration with VM specialists and the store team.
• Maximize sales and identify commercial opportunities.
• Provide fashion knowledge and training tools to support product presentation.
• Attract, develop, and nurture future talents.

Qualifications
