This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at H&M Regent Street, Central London.

As a Visual Merchandiser - Deco, you will collaborate with VM and store teams to create and execute inspiring commercial customer experiences through windows and styling within our flagship store.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Create and execute inspiring customer experiences through windows and styling.
2. Implement the long-term omni-channel strategy in collaboration with VM specialists and store teams.
3. Maximize sales and identify commercial opportunities.
4. Provide fashion knowledge and training tools to support product presentation.
5. Attract, develop, and nurture future talents.
