Job Description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, based at H&M Regent Street in Central London.

As a Visual Merchandiser – Deco, you will collaborate with VM & store teams to create and execute inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling within our flagship store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and execute inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling
• Implement long-term omni-channel strategies in collaboration with VM specialists and store teams
• Maximize sales and drive commercial opportunities
• Provide fashion knowledge and training tools to support product presentation
• Attract, develop, and nurture future talents
