This is a permanent full-time position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at H&M Regent Street, Central London.

As a Visual Merchandiser – Deco, you will collaborate with VMs and the store team to create and execute inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling within our flagship store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling
• Implementing the long-term omni-channel strategy in collaboration with VM specialists and the store team
• Maximizing sales and exploring commercial opportunities
• Providing fashion knowledge and training tools to support product presentation

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in visual merchandising and management
• A passion for profitability and team leadership
• Exceptional fashion knowledge

Additional Information

Availability is required 7 days a week, including weekends, with full flexibility.
