Responsibilities

• Perform floor walks each morning to check and maintain recovery standards and pre-opening actions.
• Consider internal and external customer needs in department layout, merchandising, and presentation; set standards and benchmarks against competitors.
• Deliver exceptional visual creative through trend-focused product styling.
• Implement themed installations within departments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Agree brand adjacencies and layouts with Buyers/Merchandisers and Retail Ops to maximise sales potential.
• Conduct regular competitive shop analyses to stay aware of trends and competition.
• Coordinate with Stock Control on stock returns and updates.
• Maintain vinyl signage and branding; order, install and ensure consistent standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards and use of tools and equipment.
