Footasylum is seeking an In Store Merchandiser/Visual Merchandiser to join our store network. You will bring the brand to life in-store with a strong eye for style and presentation.

Reporting to the Store Manager and Area Visual Manager, you’ll work to reflect our identity, enhance customer experience and support stock moves and promotions. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits with ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Visual Execution & Standards: Implement merchandising guidelines across departments and refresh displays.
• Commercial Awareness: Analyze store layout to optimise product placement and drive sales.
• Team Development & Collaboration: Identify talent and deliver hands-on training to the store team.
• Operational Support: Assist with stock moves, promotions and ensure health and safety standards.
