Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a Visual Merchandiser (Acc/Beauty/Shoes) to elevate in-store displays and drive visual impact across the area. You will work within a close-knit VM team to plan, style and refresh windows and departments, ensuring brand adjacencies are optimised to maximise sales.

The role requires creative styling, strong attention to detail and experience in fast-paced retail environments. You will collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Retail Operations to deliver captivating spaces

Qualifications

• Creative with a passion for design and displays
• Strong styling experience and brand understanding
• Clear attention to detail in visual outputs
• Up-to-date with designers, brands, trends and competitors
• Organised and able to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Previous retail/VM experience preferred
• Good product knowledge and trend awareness
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Customer-focused in delivering compelling displays
• Demonstrates company values in daily work

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor walks to check standards and prepare displays before opening
• Design and deliver visually compelling displays aligned with brand adjacencies
• Create themed installations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Retail Ops to maximise sales potential
• Monitor competitors and update store visuals accordingly
• Coordinate with Stock Control for stock returns and rebooking as needed
• Maintain vinyl signage and branding to ensure consistent standards
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards in tools, equipment and environment
