Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Officer for a 3-month contract in Kensington and Chelsea. The role is offered as full-time (36 hours per week) with hourly pay of £40. The post focuses on promoting independence for people with sensory impairments within an Adult Social Care setting.

The ideal candidate will deliver specialist rehabilitation, assess service users, and work collaboratively with partner services to maximise outcomes. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Caseload management experience.
• Experience conducting or coordinating assessments.
• Strong communication with service users and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist rehabilitation support to individuals with visual impairments.
• Provide guidance to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
