As Workspace Support, you will help deliver a professional, welcoming and well-managed workplace for colleagues, contractors and visitors at the site. You will support day-to-day operations, ensuring standards are maintained and issues are resolved

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or front-of-house environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional, proactive and approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors and contractors, providing a professional experience.
• Act as an ambassador for OCS and the customer.
• Carry out contractor inductions and provide health and site information.
• Coordinate and escort contractors where required.
• Work with Helpdesk and engineering teams for maintenance coordination.
