Southend Museums seeks a permanent part-time Visitor Experience Coordinator to support front-line delivery across Southend Museums sites and Focal Point Gallery. You will oversee Visitor Engagement Officers and Gallery Assistants, coordinating tours, planetarium sessions, cleaning, and invigilation of exhibitions.

Role includes keyholder duties, rota creation, and potential site coverage. Flexible working noted; pro rata salary applies to 24 hours and is typically aligned with local government

Qualificações

• Experience in supervisory roles desirable.
• Ability to engage professionally with staff and the public.
