Job summary

Saputo invites you to join the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre team in Hawes. You will deliver a welcoming, professional visitor experience, help customers across all departments, and promote our brands while sharing knowledge of our products.

The role is part-time, two days per week with alternate weekends, 8:30am–5pm, with flexible hours. We provide full training, pension contributions, health plan, holidays, volunteering day, and staff discounts in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Serving our customers with exceptional and professional customer care across all departments and areas.
• Demonstrating good knowledge of our products.
• Dealing with customer queries and promoting our brand.
• Building rapport and going the extra mile to engage with customers.
• Handling customer complaints with a proactive approach.
• Handling cash / card transactions in line with company policy.
• Maximizing sales at every opportunity.
• Ensuring departments are clean, tidy and fully stocked.
