Saputo Dairy UK offers an ambitious Head Chef opportunity at our Visitor Centre in the Yorkshire Dales. You will lead a creative team, delivering menus that celebrate local produce and Yorkshire cheeses, while upholding quality and budget targets.

You’ll manage daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, develop new products, and contribute to marketing events to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Five days per week with weekends off and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Head Chef in fast-paced kitchens.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high standards.
• Develop menus and recipes using local produce.
• Oversee food costs, portion control, and budgets.
• Train and develop kitchen staff and maintain safety standards.
