Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate for our Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre in Hawes. You will provide memorable, professional customer service across all departments, handle transactions, and promote our products.

The role offers part‑time hours (alternating weekends and one weekday weekly) with 8:30 am–5:00 pm shifts and flexible options, plus benefits and pensions. Training will cover our range of Cathedral City cheeses and brand products.

Our Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre in Hawes welcomes around 300 000 visitors per year and is the flagship of Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, showcased through our fabulous Visitor Experience, Cheese Shop, Gift Shop, Calvert’s Restaurant & 1897 Coffee Shop.

Work pattern: part‑time option – alternate weekends and one weekday every week. Seasonal options available especially for weekend work. Typical working hours – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with flexible hours available.
