Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after Oakmead Green in Epsom. You’ll manage a 15-hour-per-week, permanent role on-site, coordinating repairs, maintenance of communal areas and liaising with residents and contractors.

You’ll need strong communication, IT basics (Outlook, Word) and the ability to travel across the region. The role includes handling resident enquiries, keeping company standards and supporting well-being of residents aged 60 plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing/property management or community schemes is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Basic criminal record check clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and manage own workload.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
• Supervise contractors under annual contracts (cleaning, gardening, window cleaning).
• Be first point of contact for resident enquiries and complaints and support resident well-being.
