Job summary

Green Lane Masjid & Community Centre (GLMCC) seeks a CEO to lead strategic development and operational delivery, upholding the organisation's ethos and statutory duties in line with the Salafi creed. You will drive governance, fundraising, financial stewardship and staff engagement, reporting to the Board of Trustees and guiding a diverse management team to deliver services for the community.

• Lead strategic development and operational delivery of GLMCC services for end-users.
• Oversee day-to-day management across all operational areas including religious services, education, welfare, facilities, HR and finance.
• Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the management team and staff.
• Develop a positive work environment and culture aligned with GLMCC values.
