Job summary

Everseen is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deploy and optimize our vision AI platform for global retailers. You will support, configure, and monitor deployments, while collaborating with R&D and engineering to ensure performance aligns with specifications.

You will gather customer feedback, tailor configurations, and deliver actionable reports. Travel up to 50% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in a similar role managing complex technical projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.
• Extensive Linux experience; Docker/Podman proficient.
• Scripting in Bash, Python and Node.js.
• Familiar with networking protocols: TCP/UDP/HTTP/WS/FTP.
• Experience with automation (Ansible) preferred.
• Knowledge of ELK, REST, NGINX, JSON/XML, message brokers (MQTT/RabbitMQ/Redis).
• TypeScript/JavaScript; RTSP feeds; Kubernetes; OpenShift; Terraform.
• Strong troubleshooting across system resources and app stack.
• Proficiency with Jira and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Perform maintenance, POS integration, and issue resolution.
• Own platform performance and drive improvements.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and provide training.
• Publish technical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers and engineering to align performance.
• Oversee deployment and monitor usage.
• Design solutions by translating business needs into specs.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Create and maintain technical docs and user guides.
• Lead onboarding and project plans with senior management.
• Conduct product demos and presentations.
