Job summary

IQVIA UK is seeking a Virtual Dental Sales Representative to educate dental professionals remotely, building relationships and driving product discussions across digital channels. We're looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Virtual Dental Sales Representative to join our team and help drive engagement with dental professionals and customers across the UK from the comfort of your home.

About the Role

As a Virtual Dental Sales Representative, you will use your communication skills and oral healthcare knowledge to educate, influence, and support customers through virtual interactions. You'll build strong relationships, deliver engaging product discussions, provide tailored recommendations, and help customers improve oral health outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations and sales discussions with customers and healthcare professionals
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate oral care products and solutions
• Educate customers on oral health best practices and product benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, dental, or medical sales
• Alternatively, a background in dental hygiene, dentistry, oral health, or dental nursing
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Commercially aware with a customer-centric approach
• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and using CRM platforms
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and adapting communication styles accordingly
