Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Virtual Dental Sales Representative to engage dental professionals and customers across the UK from a fully remote home-based role. You will educate, influence, and support customers through virtual interactions, delivering tailored oral care product discussions and driving engagement with innovative dental solutions.

Candidates with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or dental sales experience, or a clinical background in dental hygiene or dentistry, will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, dental, or medical sales.
• Alternatively, a background in dental hygiene, dentistry, oral health, or dental nursing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely and use CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations and sales discussions with customers and healthcare professionals
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate oral care products
• Educate customers on oral health best practices and product benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement
• Accurately record customer interactions and activity within CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction
