Job summary

Gamingtec seeks a dynamic VIP Manager to represent our brand at the highest level, building tailored relationships with our VIP player portfolio and developing data-driven strategies using analytical thinking.

The role operates on a shift-based schedule with office presence required for all shifts except night shifts. Turkish language proficiency is essential, with English as a plus, and a proactive, confidentiality-minded approach is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish is required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in VIP, sales or similar roles is a must.
• Ability to work in a shift-based structure and attend the office for all shifts except night shifts.
• Self-discipline to adapt to shift-based working structure, including both office-based and remote (night shift) conditions.
• Proactive and result-oriented work habits.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and deriving insights from data.

What to expect of your role:

This dynamic VIP Manager role offers you the opportunity to represent our brand at the highest level, manage one-on-one relationships with our VIP player portfolio, and develop data-driven strategies using your analytical thinking skills. This role involves not only individual customer management but also contributing to growth activities focused on targets (KPIs). You will be part of a results-driven and highly motivated team where you can take initiative and make an impact.

Please note: This role operates on a shift-based schedule. Office presence is required for all shifts except night shifts.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Fluent Turkish is a must;
• Strong communication and persuasion skills;
• Must have experience in VIP, sales or similar roles;
• Ability to work in a shift-based structure and attend the office for all shifts except night shifts;
• Self-discipline to adapt to a shift-based working structure, including both office-based and remote (night shift) conditions;
• Proactive and result-oriented work habits;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Core and QuickSight. Able to derive insights from data and develop strategies;
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality and professionalism regarding player data, brand strategies, and company information, adhering to information security principles (a confidentiality agreement will be signed);
• English is considered a plus.

You will be expected to:

• Build long-term relationships with VIP members, increasing brand loyalty and user satisfaction;
• Proactively communicate with members, anticipate their needs, and offer proactive solutions;
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand value;
• Analyse user behaviour to generate insights and prepare action plans accordingly;
• Manage your time efficiently based on your member portfolio and adapt to shift-based working hours;
• Be familiar with team collaboration and manage processes together with other teams.
