Job description

We are looking to recruit a VIP Hospitality Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional hospitality in our exclusive Chairman’s Suite. You will be responsible for ensuring every detail of match day and non-match day operations runs smoothly, with a focus on providing VIP guests with a personalized, world-class experience. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, build strong relationships with clients, and continually find ways to elevate the guest experience.

VIP Hospitality Manager - the role in a nutshell
  1. Lead the delivery of exceptional, personalized service in the Chairman’s Suite, collaborating with the Premium Team, chefs, and clients to drive innovative hospitality.
  2. Ensure consistent quality in food, beverage, and service, managing supplier relationships to maintain smooth operations.
  3. Oversee recruitment and training to build a high-performing team, foster a positive culture, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  4. Manage accurate billing, stock levels, and support the C&E team with profit and loss tracking for non-match day events, upholding the highest standards of service and representing the brand.
What we are looking for
  1. An experienced hospitality leader with a background in high-end environments, such as private members clubs, fine dining restaurants, or luxury event settings.
  2. Experience as a VIP Hospitality Manager, Operations Manager, or Restaurant Manager, with team leadership experience.
  3. A passion for exceptional service, keen attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships with high-profile clients.
  4. Confidence, discretion, and resilience under pressure, always striving to elevate the guest experience.
  5. Enviable knowledge of food and beverage, especially wine.
  6. Natural leadership skills to motivate a team to deliver world-class service consistently.
