Qualifikationen

• Experience in Guest Relations, Reception, Reservations or similar luxury hospitality role.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star hotel preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP, regular and returning guests.
• Manage guest feedback, requests and special occasions.
• Work closely with Reservations and Restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences.
• Support and uphold the restaurant's world-class service standards.
