Claridge’s Guest Relations Executive will serve as a trusted host, crafting bespoke touches and ensuring every stay feels effortlessly exceptional. You will work at the heart of our guest experience, combining grace, intuition and genuine warmth to elevate stays for VIP and returning guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a five-star or fine dining environment.
• Able to provide intuitive service with a deep understanding of guest needs.
• Team player with willingness to learn and develop.
• Good knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards.

Responsibilities

• Check arrival reports for accuracy of reservation, guest history, billing information and profiles.
• Review VIP arrivals reports for the day and in advance.
• Co-ordinate VIP requirements and inform relevant departments.
• Ensure VIP status and amenities are recorded in arriving reservations.
• Review arrivals/departures daily to recognise high-value guests.
• Support in pre-arrival emails, calls and questionnaires.
• Meet and greet guests on arrival, especially VIPs.
