Intercontinental London O2, part of the Arora Group, is seeking Guest Relations executives to deliver five-star service to VIP guests, heads of state, royalty and celebrities. You will be the main point of contact, greet guests warmly, handle inquiries and ensure their stay exceeds expectations with professional communication and a smart, approachable demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• 5-star hotel/service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests, including heads of state, royalty and celebrities, in a warm, professional manner.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Address inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure guests’ stay exceeds their expectations through proactive service.
