Job summary
ARRISE is seeking a proactive VIP Manager to establish a new VIP function from the ground up. You will learn our customer portfolio, analyse performance and relationships, and design tailored engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.

Qualifications
- Experience in a VIP-focused role within iGaming, preferably B2B.
- Ability to analyze customer performance and translate insights into revenue growth.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting metrics for VIP activity.
- Strong collaboration with commercial, account management and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the VIP function, owning initial strategy, processes and ways of working.
- Analyse customer portfolio to assess performance, revenue potential and relationship strength.
- Segment VIP customers and develop tailored engagement strategies.
- Coordinate campaigns and promotions to increase player value and retention.
- Build reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards to track VIP performance and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through data-led insights and collaboration.
