Job summary

ARRISE is seeking a proactive VIP Manager to establish and develop a brand-new VIP function. You will own strategy, processes and engagement, with deep iGaming VIP experience to drive revenue growth and stronger customer relationships.

The role requires data-driven decision making, cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to scale a VIP program from the ground up within a global software provider environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a VIP management role within iGaming.
• Strong understanding of VIP landscape: segmentation, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into revenue growth.
• Collaborates with commercial, account management or business development teams.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the VIP function, shaping strategy and processes.
• Analyze customer portfolio, assess performance and growth opportunities.
• Segment VIP customers and tailor engagement strategies.
• Coordinate campaigns to increase player value and retention.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting to track VIP performance.
