Job summary

ARRISE is building a brand-new VIP function and seeking a proactive VIP Manager to own the strategy, processes and performance tracking. You will analyse customer portfolios, segment VIPs, and develop tailored engagement plans to grow revenue and improve retention.

You will collaborate with the Commercial team to execute targeted campaigns, build dashboards, and establish scalable VIP operations as the first in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a VIP manager role within iGaming.
• Understanding of VIP landscape: segmentation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and promotions.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the VIP function, owning the initial strategy, processes and ways of working.
• Analyse the customer portfolio to assess performance, revenue potential and relationships.
• Segment VIP customers by value and strategic importance for tailored engagement.
• Develop engagement strategies for different VIP segments to maximise opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to align VIP activity with business priorities and drive incremental revenue.
• Build relationships with VIP managers and stakeholders to support VIP strategies.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns and promotions to increase player value and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue across accounts using data-led insights.
• Develop reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards to track VIP performance and outcomes.
• Monitor results and translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Continuously refine the VIP approach to scale as the department grows.
