Job summary

The Peninsula London is seeking a passionate Event Manager to lead a small planning team and coordinate all group and event bookings. You will support re-contracting annual bookings, upsell to grow revenues, and deliver outstanding experiences for all group and events.

With the Director of Group & Events, you will collaborate across Sales, Revenue, F&B and Marketing to elevate our brand and drive memorable events for high-profile clients in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of planning, banquets, events, and conference services.
• Previous luxury hotel, travel, or related premium consumer industry experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate large VIP group and event bookings with attention to detail.
• Support re-contracting annual bookings and upsell to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing to enhance brand profile.
• Create memorable events through proactive, engaging planning with clients.
