Job summary

Pan Pacific London is recruiting an Event Sales Manager to develop new clients and retain existing clientele across market segments for corporate event services. You will assist the Director of Events in strategies to achieve annual budgets and M&E goals while ensuring operations meet Pan Pacific London standards across hotel departments.

Your role includes site visits, managing the enquiry-to-contract cycle, quoting and negotiating rates, and ensuring contracts are prepared with payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hotel site visits and participate in Fam trips and internal events.
• Coordinate the enquiry cycle from inquiry to contracting and handover to planning team.
• Quote and negotiate rates and space within predefined parameters.
• Prepare all contracts and payment requirements.
• Actively upsell every opportunity, maximizing function space and target markets.
• Align customer and event profiles with the hotel product and services.
• Develop knowledge of competitor properties and enquiry sales processes.
