Job summary

Carnoustie Golf Heritage and Hospitality Ltd in Carnoustie, Scotland, invites an experienced Golf Events Coordinator to deliver bespoke investor experiences from pre-arrival to departure. You will create itineraries and coordinate golf, dining, meetings and on- and off-site activities for guests and VIPs.

Working with golf and hotel teams, you will manage enquiries, bookings and event delivery for investor visits and major championships, handling budgets, reports and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in a similar events, or coordinating role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and attentive to detail.
• Confident working with visitors and their sensitive information.
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for outstanding service.
• An events-related qualification and experience of organising events for VIP's would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing investor enquiries, bookings, itineraries and experience calendars.
• Anticipating individual needs and providing proactive, tailored service.
• Coordinating arrangements across internal departments and external partners.
• Personally welcoming guests and remaining a responsive contact throughout their stay.
• Supporting investor visits, events and major golf championships.
• Managing confidential feedback and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining detailed guest profiles to enhance future visits.
• Representing Carnoustie with discretion, integrity and exceptional attention to detail.
