Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an Event Manager for the VIP Operations - UK Touring. You will plan, coordinate and deliver VIP experiences across the UK touring portfolio, ensuring all event requirements are advanced, resourced and executed to a high standard.

You will collaborate with international tour coordinators, artist management, promoters, venues and suppliers to ensure on-site readiness, manage staff, security, hospitality and access, and monitor costs and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience managing activations or equivalent in live events, touring, festivals, venue operations or hospitality/agency environments.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple events/projects and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, security, hospitality, F&B, access arrangements and other event-specific requirements.
• Strong understanding of VIP guest experiences, customer service standards for premium event offerings.
• Experience managing suppliers and local staffing teams to ensure services meet standards.
• Experience advancing events with venues, tour management, promoters or suppliers.
• Ability to monitor expenditure, manage costs and report variances.
• Knowledge of event safety procedures, risk assessments, accessibility, and venue protocols.
• Experience working with ticketing, finance and other internal teams to coordinate requirements.
• Ability to produce event reports and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver VIP experiences across Live Nation's UK touring portfolio.
• Coordinate with international tour coordinators, artist management, promoters, venues and suppliers to ensure readiness and on-site execution.
• Maintain oversight of event operations, expenditure, supplier performance, risks and service standards.
• Support development of standard operating procedures and relationships across the touring portfolio.
