Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in London, UK, is seeking an Event Coordinator for the VIP Operations – UK Touring team. The role covers administrative and coordination tasks to plan and deliver VIP experiences across multiple tours, with occasional onsite requirements at shows in London.

You will work closely with the Ticketing Director and colleagues across the department to manage ticketing administration, tour coordination, event advancement, reporting, and broader operational support while

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role within live events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for ticketing trackers and reporting.
• Ability to support multiple tours with strong organisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across VIP Operations.
• Maintain VIP ticket builds, package configurations, allocations, inventory and on-sale prep.
• Maintain central trackers, schedules and event documentation across multiple tours.
• Coordinate venue details with promoters, tour management, venues and suppliers ahead of shows.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials and operational documents for projects.
