Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an Event Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver VIP experiences across our UK touring portfolio, ensuring VIP packages are advanced and executed to a high standard. The role involves collaborating with international tour coordinators, artist management, promoters and venues to guarantee seamless on-site delivery.

You will monitor budgets, supplier performance and safety requirements, while contributing to the development of standardised VIP procedures for consistent

Qualifications

• Experience managing activations or equivalent in live events.
• Excellent project management skills coordinating multiple events.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, security, hospitality, F&B, access arrangements.
• Strong VIP guest experience and premium event requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the operational readiness of assigned events, ensuring VIP requirements are confirmed and communicated ahead of show day.
• Coordinate local staffing plans, briefing requirements and on-site responsibilities for delivery.
• Liaise with international tour coordinators, venues, artist management and suppliers on spaces, layouts, F&B and access.
• Act as primary operational contact for tours, maintaining clear communication across teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage costs and report variances to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and venue assessments to validate layouts and safety.
• Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimise disruption.
