Miles & Barr in Margate are hiring a Viewing Guide on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will conduct property viewings, provide buyers with a warm, professional and informative experience, and help them find properties that match their needs.

The role requires a full UK driving license and own reliable transport to travel between properties, plus excellent communication and time management to handle appointments and coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• You will be a natural "people" person with excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients face-to-face.
• You will be friendly, approachable, professional and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping people.
• You will be organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively.
• You will have a full UK driving licence and your own reliable transport to travel between properties.

Job Type:

Full-Time, 12 month fixed term contract

Salary:

£13.00 per hour

• Conducting property viewings and providing potential buyers with a warm, professional and informative experience.
• Getting to know prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and helping them find properties that match their needs.
• Providing detailed information about each property and answering questions confidently and accurately.
• Representing the company professionally at all times and creating a positive first impression for every client.
• Managing viewing appointments efficiently and working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey.
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the viewing process.
