Job description

Description of duties and responsibilities:

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Installation Manager, the Cost Control Support is responsible for executing all inspection operations related to the erection works within IB's scope on site:

  1. Monitoring EM2 erection budget, issuing monitoring charts, and providing work project completion forecasts in collaboration with the Framatome PCM site cost-control team and the consolidated business reporting system.
  2. Setting up local covering orders for supplies and services such as tools, consumables, transportation, lifting equipment, vehicles, and fabrication works.
  3. Monitoring expenditure on open covering orders.
  4. Forecasting and overseeing working capital needs for EM2 activities invoiced on site to the Framatome PCM site.
  5. Following up on Work Orders and their reception, ensuring compliance with Framatome's management procedures and rules.

Functional interfaces include collaboration with other units of the EM2 site and back-office functions such as:

  • Logistics,
  • Administration.
Desired profile

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree.

Professional Skills:

- Familiarity with Framatome management tools (SAP), IT, and business reporting tools.

- Ability to develop management charts for monitoring budgets compatible with site operations.

- Negotiation skills to establish 'covering' orders with local suppliers aligned with operational needs.

- Ability to work within a site management team and communicate effectively with erection units.

- Ability to build strong relationships with interfacing units internally and at head office.

- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
