We’re looking for a versatile and experienced Video Producer to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable managing shoots as they are liaising with clients, overseeing post-production, and keeping projects on track from brief to final delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Lead video and animation projects from concept to completion
• Manage on-set production, directing crews, talent and ensuring high-quality output
• Handle post-production workflows including edits, feedback rounds, and delivery
• Develop and manage quotes, budgets, and timelines
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and relationships
• Collaborate with internal and external teams while also taking the initiative to work independently
• Juggle multiple projects and stay on top of timelines using strong project management skills

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in video production (agency or in-house)
• Solid understanding of video and animation workflows
• Strong on-set experience with good technical awareness
• Proven track record in project and client management
• Ability to scope and quote for projects accurately
• An organised, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• A team player who’s equally effective working independently
• Willingness to work hybrid, with 2 days/week in our Addlestone office
