Job summary

WRU - Welsh Rugby Union is seeking a Junior Content Producer to shoot and edit high-quality video content for our digital channels across men’s and women’s rugby, stadium, community and corporate accounts. You will operate Sony FX3 and other cameras, edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, and deliver platform-specific edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

The role requires collaboration with players, coaches and partners, with a proactive, fast-paced approach and a passion for rugby and Welsh

Qualifications

• Experience shooting and editing video content from employment, freelance, education or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for WRU's digital and social channels throughout the year.
• Operate professional video equipment to capture interviews, behind-the-scenes access, matchday coverage and campaigns.
• Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro for a range of platforms and formats.
• Produce platform-specific edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and other platforms.
• Assist with filming at camps, matchdays, events and activations across Wales and beyond.
• Work from briefs and contribute original ideas for audience-focused content.
• Manage footage and project files with proper labeling, storage and backups.
