Job summary

Citi’s PACE organization seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-impact workstreams across cross-functional programs. You will drive process transformation, act as a subject matter expert in program management, and build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and clients.

Applicable candidates have 7+ years in management consulting/financial services, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting and financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with operating models, process transformation, and application of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with Technology teams across the delivery lifecycle and defining business requirements.
