Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution (PACE) professional to lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs.

You will drive process transformation, apply structured PM practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in management consulting and financial services, with strong data analysis, storytelling in PowerPoint, and a track record in operating model design within Agile/hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting and financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint for data-driven presentations.
• Experience delivering operating model and process transformation in complex financial services organizations.
• Experience working with Technology teams across the delivery lifecycle.
• Expertise in hypothesis generation, root cause analysis, process mapping and improvement within Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Familiarity with digitalization concepts and AI applications in financial services.
• Ability to lead in a matrix, cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis of complex data and business processes, turning ambiguous inputs into actionable solutions.
• Define program requirements, objectives, and plans with structure and controls for successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix, coaching junior staff as needed.
• Collaborate with executive leaders, sponsors, and business partners to clarify project requirements.
• Provide objective review and challenge for program deliverables and plans.
• Prepare clear communications for sponsors and senior stakeholders about analyses and outcomes.
• Act as a change catalyst by identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding adoption.
