Job Description:

Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships to Banking and Insurance clients.

Other duties will be assigned by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed set sales quotas through acquisition of new logos, focusing on Consumer Banks and Insurance companies.
  • Build a pipeline of future business.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.
Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in acquiring new logos in Consumer Banking, Retail, or Tech industries.
  • Experience in selling BPO solutions.
  • Proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus, quality, and results orientation.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
