Vice President of Marketing - B2B SaaS (MarTech)

This role is with a high-growth B2B SaaS company seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from $25M to $50M+ ARR, with expertise in product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation.

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop strategies to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.
  • Brand Positioning & Awareness: Enhance brand credibility and visibility with global B2C brands and enterprise customers.
  • Scalable Marketing Execution: Drive initiatives across events, press, content, media, and product marketing to boost brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Improve collaboration between marketing and sales teams to create a seamless customer journey.

Core Objectives:

  • Elevate Brand Awareness: Position the company as the go-to solution in MarTech.
  • Increase Market Share: Strengthen competitive differentiation within global B2C markets.
  • Optimize Buyer Journey: Refine messaging and positioning based on insights into customer behaviors and pain points.
