What You’ll Do:

• Build and evolve a world-class learning curriculum aligned to career pathways and future skills.
• Design and deliver standout leadership development experiences—from rising stars to the C-suite.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed learning into the DNA of the business.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire individuals across the firm.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning content, including for key events such as our firmwide, team and office offsite events.
• Support talent development across our portfolio companies.
• Bring energy, creativity, and operational excellence to everything you do.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in L&D, ideally in financial or professional services designing and delivering training across all levels.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
• A coaching qualification (or strong experience) is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel to our European and US offices.
• Bonus points for a second language!
